All orders are processed when received and shipped out via USPS and UPS Shipping within 48-72hrs for in-stock orders. 

Orders received after 12pm EST could be processed the next business day. While we process orders as promptly as possible please be advised that during holidays or high volume times, orders may take longer. Shipping service delivery time is from when your order is completed & ready to ship, not from when your order is placed. Lost or Stolen Packages – JL Collective LLC cannot be held responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s package delivery discretion, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order. Upon inquiry, JL Collective LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
