There are three main ingredients in this nano-exfoliator formula:

Volcanic Ash:

This nano-exfoliator will assist in removing dead skin cells, oils, and loosen dirt on the skin, but is gentle enough for even the most sensitive and reactive skin without drying it out. Volcanic ash can help address skin rashes, blemishes, and damaged skin.

Kaolin Clay: 

Our favorite, gentle Earth silica with skin soothing properties for both sensitive and blemished skin. 

Coconut Milk Powder:

Keeps the skin and hair hydrated. It’s also packed with nutrients like potassium, folate, and vitamins C, E, and B. Also, it smells amazing!

 

Why is this unique?

The exfoliating, water-free volcanic ash formulation was developed and extensively tested on the hyper-reactive skin of the creator. The gentle exfoliation of the ash doesn’t irritate the skin but can loosen and help remove the buildup on our skin. As with all our powder mixtures, minimal ingredients eliminate the need for fillers and controversial preservatives. This formula allows you to fully customize your routine, using the base of your choice.

We use simple, natural ingredients in this product, which is why we recommend that you use our products within one month after opening. Everything we create is handmade in small batches so that the concentration is fresh for your skin!

Ingredients: kaolin clay, coconut milk powder, maltodextrin, casein, volcanic ash

As a caution, we always recommend that you perform a patch test on skin prior to use. Test in small area on your skin for 48 hours before you use the formulation in full. If you see that an irritation occurs, do not use. Also, as this is a powdered mixture, please avoid inhalation.

 

There are several ways to add this exfoliating mixture to your skincare routine. The gentle, yet effective, exfoliating properties of the volcanic ash combined with the soothing, cleansing properties of the kaolin can prepare your face for a new day, or compliment your nightly cleansing routine.

 

Our Routine:

Cleanser Application:

Mix about a half teaspoon of powder with your choice of base. If you have a favorite cream cleanser, add a half teaspoon of the Volcanic Exfoliate powder as a booster. Gently rub on skin in circular motions to exfoliate and then rinse.

Customize It

We choose our ingredients carefully with intention, which is why we created this dry mixture with volcanic ash. Creating multi-functional products allows you to reduce spending and the need for tray of half-used products. Our products can be tailored to your skin, used as boosters, and meant to complement your favorite medium. This mixture is intended to enhance your current routine!
